Bosch has announced a partnership with British startup Humanoid to support the development and production of humanoid robots. As part of the agreement, Bosch will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to Humanoid.
Context and Background
The humanoid robots, called HMND 01, come in two variants: a bipedal model and a wheeled model. The bipedal model stands at 179 cm and weighs 90 kg, moving at a speed of 1.5 m/s. The wheeled model stands at 220 cm and weighs 330 kg, moving at a speed of 2 m/s.
