The model range includes two versions: the 3+ horsepower version - 6499 yuan ($956), with a subsidy of 5524 yuan ($812); the 4+ horsepower version - 7499 yuan ($1103), with a subsidy of 6374 yuan ($937).
Background and Context
The air conditioners provide a large air flow of up to 1560 m3/h and are designed for large spaces. The base is a two-cylinder compressor that provides fast cooling and heating: cooling - up to -9°C in 10 minutes, heating - up to +10°C in the same time. Energy efficiency corresponds to a high class (APF 4.90), which allows saving up to 2142 kWh per year (according to the company's data). The devices operate in a wide temperature range from -35°C to +65°C.
Industry Impact
The system supports management through the Xiaomi ecosystem, air updates, and comprehensive climate control in the house through scenario work in conjunction with other Xiaomi devices. The warranty is up to 10 years. Thus, Xiaomi expands its line of climate equipment, offering solutions for large houses and apartments with an emphasis on power, energy efficiency, and integration into the «smart home».
