Technical Details
ZTE is preparing to sell a new router, the G5 Pro, in China, which supports 5G-Advanced and Wi-Fi 7 networks. The new product will go on sale on May 28 for 2099 yuan ($310).
Router Features
The router is designed for high speeds — up to 4.29 Gbps for data download. The device can also be used as a regular wired router — two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports are provided. There is also NFC — for quick connection of mobile devices.
Hardware Platform
The hardware platform is based on a 4-nanometer SoC with a 4-core CPU with a frequency of 2.2 GHz. There are connectors for external antennas (TS-9) to enhance the signal.
Design and Dimensions
The ZTE G5 Pro cannot be called a mobile router, but the dimensions are relatively small — 107 x 107 x 230 mm, weight — just under a kilogram.
