Technical Details
In the run-up to the official opening of the Computex 2026 exhibition, one of the biggest leaks of the year occurred. A major Eastern European retailer prematurely revealed a completely new version of the Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 laptop. The key feature of the device is the Nvidia N1(X) hardware platform, jointly developed by Nvidia and MediaTek. Another feature is the price. This leak confirms the teasers from Nvidia and Microsoft, which promised a «new era of PCs».
If earlier the Yoga Pro 7 model was released exclusively with Intel and AMD processors, now there will be a version on Arm. According to the retailer's data, such a laptop will receive a 15.3-inch touch screen WQXGA OLED with a frame rate of 165 Hz, 32-64 GB of RAM and a solid-state drive with a capacity of 1 TB, Windows 11 Home.
Context and Background
The leak features several configurations of the laptop - based on SoC Nvidia N1 and N1X. It seems that at least three versions of the platform will appear on the market, which will differ from each other:
- Top version (Nvidia N1X 675): a laptop modification with this platform and 64 GB of RAM is estimated by the retailer at 4049 euros;
- Medium version (Nvidia N1X 650): a configuration with 32 GB of RAM will cost 3199 euros;
- Basic version (Nvidia N1): the mention of this platform is present in the retailer's database, but there are no exact prices yet.
Industry Impact
According to preliminary data, Nvidia N1/N1X will be produced by TSMC using a 3-nanometer process. The SoC combines a 20-core CPU and a GPU of the Blackwell generation with 6144 CUDA cores (GeForce RTX 5070 level). Lenovo will not be the only manufacturer of laptops on Nvidia N1/N1X: it is expected that Asus will present its devices on this platform as early as next week.
